Balance truly encapsulates who we are as a community. Our mission is to
embody the concept of the Yin and Yang, living in harmony with the light and
dark. Incorporating balance within our lives when it comes to work & play is
the way to maintain a healthy relationship with ourselves & others. Burning the
candle at both ends often results in instability and being out of alignment. We
encourage our community to welcome both the feminine and masculine
