Returns & Exchange Policy

Here at Wide Awake Collective, we take great care in creating your made-to-order items, and we want you to be happy with your purchase. Below is our policy for returns and exchanges:

Made to Order – Please Check Sizing

All our items are made to order, so we highly recommend using our size guides before making a purchase to ensure a perfect fit. This helps us reduce waste and improve the shopping experience for all of our customers.

Returns Process (UK)

If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return within 14 days of receiving your item(s). Items must be in their original condition (unworn, unwashed, and with all original packaging intact).

To initiate a return:

1. Email us at hello@wideawakecollective.com with your order number, a brief description of the issue, and photos of the item. The better the photos, the easier the process.

2. We’ll review your request and, if approved, we’ll send you a free returns label for UK orders.

3. Once we receive the item and confirm it’s in its original condition, we will process your refund.

Refunds will be credited back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive the item.

Returns Process (International)

For orders outside the UK, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless there is a fault with the item. In case of a fault:

1. Follow the same process as above by emailing us with photos and a description.

2. If a fault is confirmed, we’ll provide a return shipping label.

If you simply changed your mind or selected the wrong size, we’ll gladly accept the return (within 14 days), but you’ll need to cover the shipping costs.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the returns process and place a new order for the desired item.

Conditions for Returns

● Items must be returned in the same condition as they were received: unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging.

● We cannot accept returns on items that have been damaged, altered, or worn beyond trying on for size.

Please be mindful that the garments we use are of premium quality, using organic, ethical and sustainable materials. These come at a higher price, meaning our profit margins are decreased so we can still offer affordable yet morally and environmentally correct items to our community. When requesting a return, please have this in mind. Thank you. We’re here to help! We are a friendly small family business who have high ethics and morals. Our foundations were created with this in mind. We aim to achieve ultimate customer satisfaction. Afterall, we are a community.
